Wonder if I can use it on new seeds for the lawn to make the soil contain more moisture?

Penterra can help if the seeds have NOT germinated yet. However if the seeds are germinated the seedlings are fragile, so if you put Penterra after they are germinated it might be a lot for the plant to take on because Penterra is a really concentrated product. Penterra could help the seeds to germinate by helping the water to penetrate the seeds so they germinate more quickly.

How many ounces per gallon per 1000 sq ft should I use for my initial spraying on hydrophobic (it’s like a dry crust in some areas - very bad) lawn?

0.5 oz - 1.0 per 1000 square feet.

When should i fertilize my hanging baskets relative to applying the product? one day? two days? more?

We recommend to give it one day or 24 hours before applying fertilizer.
