After cleaning my ears with a cotton bud (a big no-no, I know) I suddenly became deaf in one ear. At first I worried I'd perforated my ear drum but really skeptical because it wasn't THAT far in that I was poking at - so I bought this device to check. I looked inside my ear and... Jeez. Massive black and deep orange crusty stuff. I thought I was a clean person, I take care of myself but holy cracker it was grim in there. I quickly understood that I'd blocked my ear canal by pushing the wax in deep. So I checked my other ear which was equally nasty. My hearing was fine in that ear, surprisingly, but I dug that huge ball out anyway which took half an hour. Started working on my left ear which I was around 95% deaf in and my hearing went back to normal after 20 minutes of uncomfortable and careful scraping.I don't recommend to use the additional tools it provides though as those could really easily damage your ears. But the scope itself is top-tier.If I was in the US, this medical treatment would have taken 8 hours and probably $600. I did it at home in comfort in one hour for both ears, for $20.

The setup process was straightforward, and I had no issues establishing a stable connection.While the ear camera and wax removal tools are effective, it's essential to exercise caution when using them.The inclusion of metal instruments with the kit is a nice bonus. These additional ear spoons can be useful for manual cleaning. However, it's worth noting that the metal instruments do not attach to the machine itself.

The media could not be loaded. My husband once had such a deep build up of hard wax it was affecting his hearing. The nurses took a look and said there was nothing there. After a bit of work by us at home we pulled out a massive hard lump.So, the minute this arrived the husband was keen to give it a go and we were shocked at the wax in his ear........the video is quite gross.The camera is small, clear and easy to use. There are other metal tools that come with it, not sure if both they and the camera would go in the ear together but we will experiment with them soon.For the price this is great and you can safely navigate your way in to look for any hidden build ups.

So i brought this product as it was recomended by someoneWas the biggest regret sale ive had ! Soooo product turn up i charge it up pop it into my ear to look imside a minute later im thinking god thats gettimg hot !! I pull it out amd to my horror the end ATTACHED to the camera was missing a trip to hospital to have it removed and a sore ear after do not buy this product this is my warning to you all

This gadget is awesome - ive seen lots advertised on Facebook and was a bit dubious that it did what it says on the tin! .. clear easy usage. Easy to download app. Several replacement caps and a few tools to help draw out any wax. I love it so much that my friend went and purchased one as soon as she saw mine in action. Quality bit of kit. Really happy with my choice.

At first my young son was scared of ear cleaning because he was not aware of where it was being cleaned. However, after using this product he is now calmer while having his ears cleaned. He could see the inside of his ear clearly through the app. He found it so funny and interest. So easy to use Just follow the app.

The tips seem to break easily. Takes a while to get use to. Nice to be able to see in own errand take photo if needed

As a new mum, I'm very careful to clean my baby's ear and I always wish and wanted to have an ear wax removal with something camera so I can easily see what's inside my baby's ear.
