SD card capacity: The MicroSD card may show reduced capacity when inserted into a PC as it is pre-loaded with NOOBS. If your Raspberry Pi 4 will not boot, it is possible that the SPI EEPROM has become corrupted. To check, remove the SD card, disconnect the device from power, then reconnect it. If it can't be solved,  a. Check if there are pre-installed files on the SD card b. If not solved, reinstall the system. Poor system compatibility can also result in no power up. c. If not solved, please replace a new SD card, discard the preinstalled file, and use the new SD card to boot. If this is resolved then there is a problem with the SD card. d.
