I don't think that there are any instructions : however you can go on u-tube to rimless eyeglasses - How things are made to see how rimless eyeglasses are assembled, or you are welcome to visit my state of the art Lab. Miner's Optical 907 48 St. Brooklyn, NY 11219

Does this kit come with compression bushings?

I had the same question when I ordered this kit. The answer is yes. The box states that it comes with Qty 10 of the 1.4mm X 7.0mm bushings. My kit actually had 13 bushings floating around loose in the case. That's enough for 3 pair of glasses or several repairs. But keep in mind the bushings come in a few sizes so if you don't have 1.4mm holes drilled in your glasses, you may need to order the 1.5mm or 1.6mm bushings. Unfortunately they only seem to sell the bushings in packs of 100 which is probably more than anyone would use in a lifetime. But they are only about $7 per package.

what type of the compresssion bushings does it come with?

I am not sure what you mean exactly, but it came with little two prong bushings that were identical to the ones in the Silhouettes lenses.
