Gemkora always sends beautiful stones but I always hold my breath when I open the box wondering what sizes they sent. I just received the 3 in the photo. I happen to still have 3 of the same type fossil stones I ordered several months ago. That last order had two smaller pieces similar to the 3 in the photo, the third one was MUCH larger. I understand they sell by carats or weight, but they also will state an approximate length, like 18-25mm or 25-30mm. But even when all the stones comply with the stated length, some are extremely THIN. Gimme a break!! I was born at night but not LAST night! Normally I wouldn’t complain except this purchase was $28 bucks, that’s a tad more than 9 dollars each piece! I think a buyer should expect a fair deal when they’re paying top dollar. There needs to be some accountability. I’m not one to return a purchase unless it’s actually flawed, but I feel I shouldn’t have to hold my breath wondering what I’m getting this time. My dilemma is, Gemkora sends the absolute best, most beautiful stones, but they often short-change on the sizes.

My order delivered three pieces: one with a beautiful cross, one I might use in an unimportant piece, and one with the cross quite blurred. Well, for the price I didn't expect everything to be AAA grade, so I'm happy enough.Yes, I'll come back when this is back on my shopping list.-- wiredweird
