Appears to be working! I have only been using this for 3 weeks but when I use it consistantly, morning and night, my acne goes away MUCH faster. This does not seem to be preventing acne but does make it go away a lot faster so my face gets to recover before new blemishes pop up. I have struggled with acne since I was 13 (I'm now 32) and have tried a million products. I am happy to find blue light treatment as a good addition to my organic facewash, essential oils and vitamin supplements!My only negatives for this product are that its a little awkward to hold for extended periods of time and that it seems to pause every 30 seconds like you are supposed to move on to a new spot on your face (in my experience, I need to leave it there for at least a minute or two) so this is a little annoying. Honestly, who cares though, as long as it helps. And the price point is not bad. Some blue light therapy devices are far more expensive.

I am 33 years old and did not suffer from acne through my adolescence and adulthood until I got pregnant with my first child. I have been struggling with acne ever since. Every product I have tried has either given me allergic reactions, have dried my skin out or didn't work at all/not enough. When I saw this, I thought it had to be too good to be true. 2 minutes of putting this on my face, and my pimples will disappear?! What?! I took the leap, and glad I did. It isn't a miracle worker by any means, meaning that if you have a really bad/big pimple it won't get rid of it with one treatment. But consistently using it in the morning and night, it takes me 3 days or so instead of it taking me a week or more with other methods. Yes, if you have a lot of acne it will take a little longer, but it didn't bother me. It gives me 20 minutes of quiet time in a very hectic house. I definitely recommend this product!

I find that this device actually works, but the problem is that it only runs for 30 seconds at a time. The directions say to do two or three sessions if needed. I think that this device would be a lot more efficient if the treatments were longer than 30 seconds. The blue light acne devices i've used in the past have all been at least 3-minute long sessions. Other than that, i think this product works quite well.

I've had acne ever since I began puberty, skip through 20 years of all sorts of acne treatments and I still can't find a long-term non-prescription solution. When I learned about this light my hopes raised as high as the sky, all the reviews were amazing, I figured all I had to lose was my acne.I tried this device for almost a month, rigorously every night. While the pimples would actually reduce in size and would be less painful after one use, the effects only lasted a few minutes, the zit would still blossom and if anything this thing just delayed the cycle. I went back into Amazon to re-read the reviews, to my surprise most of the reviews were created within a month, pretty scammy if you ask me.SO, my acne got worse as my menstrual cycle was coming close and this thing didn't do a thing for me other than break my heart once again.Also, the battery is a joke, it lasts through one session and then it needs to be recharged, for the price you'd think you'd get something better.

I've battled acne for years due to PCOS. I have cystic acne and break out often. Now I am pregnant and I cannot take topical or oral acne medications. This product has really help to reduce the size of acne and helps control my break outs. I wish there was a larger light so I could treat my whole face all at once. I love this product and I've only been using for about a week. I can't wait to see how it helps after a month.

It functions as described but not sure of the effectiveness. Easy to use.Comfortable grip. We will see how the acne looks after 14 days.

Ok this surprised me..... it really works. If you see a zit coming on, just zap it three times with this thing and the next day it's smaller and disappearing. But you have to catch it in the early stages for it to really make it disappear in a day.

Ich, 30, sehr sensible und helle Mischhaut, leide seit der Pubertät an Akne und habe schon alles mögliche ausprobiert. Irgendwann haben sich, wie das halt so ist, auch der LED-Blauchlichtstick und die elektrische Reinigungsbürste von Foreo dazu gesellt. Während ich sagen muss, dass es für die Reinigungsbürste sicherlich auch günstigere Alternativen tun (mit dem Produkt bin ich trotzdem sehr zufrieden, habe mir aber für den Körper eine deutlich günstigere Variante gekauft, die es genauso tut), ist der LED-Lichtstick DER HAMMER.Ich benutze ihn meistens abends nach der Gesichtsreinigung ganz gemütlich beim Netflix Schauen - fürs ganze Gesicht. :DDauert etwas, weil der Behandlungsdurchmesser halt eeeeecht gering ist (1,5 cm) und ich den Stick auf dem gesamten Gesicht anwende, aber es lohnt sich einfach. Hier zeigt sich eben doch gut sehr gute Qualität im Vergleich z.b. zu anderen LED-Gesichtsmasken, die das ganze Gesicht abdecken und die nicht im Ansatz dieselbe Wirkung erzielen. Sollte Foreo irgendwann ein Lichttherapie-Produkt für das gesamte Gesicht rausbringen, bin ich die erste, die zuschlägt. Meiner Akne hilft es zumindest sehr, mein Hautbild hat sich insgesamt (in Zusammenspiel mit einem Vitamin C-Serum gegen Mitesser) enorm verbessert.
