Workbook: 5 Second Rule - Putting the Rule into Practice: Based on the Book by Mel Robbins (Life Design Journal Series)

I was SO excited about this when I ordered it. As soon as I got the delivery email, I took the 10 minute walk to my mailbox because I couldn't wait to open the package. I even opened our live on my social media account.... And live on my social media account I was COMPLETELY disappointed. It's 11 pages of writing. Not even full pages. They briefly explain the 5 second rule in large type for your grandma to read without her glasses. Then the rest is what I can only describe as a journal. How did today go? What worked? What didn't? With blank lines to fill in and emojis to shade as a means of rating your day. I am sending my copy back because I have absolutely no use for it. The "author" is literally attempting to make money off Mel Robbins success, and hopes that the hassle of returning it is too annoying for you, so you keep the book in order to rip the pages out and kindle your campfire. Disgusting and terrible.

A total waste of money. Looks like it was printed on a home printer - that was RUNNING OUT OF INK!I listened to Mel Robbins Five second Rule on audible and thought this workbook would be a guide for going forward with her process.I was wrong. This should not be called a workbook. Just buy yourself a spiral notebook and follow the instructions Mel gives you in her book.

In fairness I wasn't sure how many starts to give it. I was expecting it to be by Mel Robbins and so was disappointed when I got it and just tossed it aside. It might be fabulous.....don't know.

A poor workbook based on 5 second Rule.

Total ripoff. Do not waste your $$

I started the read knowing this is a workbook. But it's more about journaling than 5S rule. Has hardly 10 useful pages on the 5s rule.

Average book. Thought there would be more to it then there was.

Great purchase.This journal was a great tool to help me remember to use the 5 Second Rule every day. I like that there are really 3 journals in one. One journal is focused on fitness, one on productivity and one on worrying. You can do the 30 day challenges in any order.I found the book gave a good overview of the rule but the focus was more on me taking action instead of passively reading about another person’s experiences.I recommend this to anyone who likes the 5 second rule concept but forgets to actually use it.
