Is this resin considered food grade? Like for a cutting board?

You can resin the corners of the cutting board but resin is not good for the whole surface.(you can’t cut on it, it will leave scratches in the resin)

would this work to pour over and salvage a shattered but intact tempered glass basketball backboard? If not is there some else that would work?
