How tall is this? How much headroom when u are sitting in it? Do u have ti sit hunched over?

It is tall enough to be able to sit upright inside. It works awesome when camping and don't want to set up bug netting.

Is there a mat thay can fit inside gor comfort. I eill be sleeping on a flat roof

This tent doesn't come with a mat; however, if placed on a mat it sleeps well. If you have a mat that is slender in size, you may be able to slip it into your tent. I personal sat my tent on top of a mat.

How does it react to rain?

It's all-mesh to protect from bugs, not rain. But there is a matching rainfly available separately.
