I'm seeing 5'x5' but if I go by the description, it's 13 ft long. Can someone tell me, which is it, please?

If it states 5 ft by 5 ft it comes at that measurement. The 13 ft maybe a misprint

Can this stay up in the Pennsylvania winters?

Don't know that answer. I have had mine up for over a year. We had an unusually rough winter with 28 degrees ice snow and more rain than I have ever seen here in Oregon and it still looks good. However I do come from upstate NY and I would probably remove for winter.

I did not receive the zip ties. Box was open when i received it. How can i get them?
