Does this work on a size 5 blade?

My answer is I don't know. My experience is I do not use the blade grinders I have. Save your money and buy 240 grid wet dry sandpaper and Rob your blade in circular motion and you will get the same results. My blades are very sharp.

Hi Has in some grind stones that are only 7 cm (2.8 inches) Regards Tommy

Garbage, don’t waste your money!

Will these work in an STK meat grinder?

Don’t waste your money, it’s garbage, it broke within few seconds.

Can you use jus the fine grinding/sharpening wheel to complete the sharpening?

Assuming you don’t have serious dings on your blades yes the fine stones work great. They don’t really come with instructions but I recommend soaking the stones in water for 10 minutes before using each time.
