Is the first section fixed to the bath?

The first glass panel is fixed to the wall and the bottom of the glass just sits on the bath (no fixings) which it is important to seal the bottom with a clear silicone. The next two panels pivot and come with a plastic trim for the bottom of the glass.

Do the middle and 3rd section fold in (towards the bath) and outwards?

Very smart

This is exactly what I was looking for, having the sink next to the bath doesn’t help with the usual shower screen. It is easy to install by yourself. Little tip for anyone installing rub a small amount of liquid on the glass when installing the seals the same when installing the two seal that run in the wall bracket. This will help the seals slide in with ease.
