I receive this as a Christmas gift and, simply put, it's amazing. Aside from the high quality materials, it's well-constructed and solid. Even though the frame is meant for vertical hanging, I wanted to hang it horizontally. I immediately contacted customer service and they were very responsive, friendly and helpful with my interest in changing orientation. They even sent additional mounting stickers for the change. I'm very happy and the cost is well worth the frame!

The frame and matting are good quality, very sturdy. The wire mounting for hanging is also solid. But the highlight of this product is the mounting system. Not only do you not need to buy your own tape or adhesives (nor do you have to worry about mounting the album cover of record evenly), the mounting system is already attached to the mats. No adhesives are used nor necessary, so there is no risk of damaging your record should you ever decide to unframe it and play it. You just slide the record and the cover right into place. Given the cost of custom matting and framing, this product is a steal. Mine is going up in my work office.
