How many times do you wrap the yarn around your wrist?

You pull off enough so that someone can tie seven knots. One pack of red string usually lasts me over a year.

Does it come with certification of authentication?

This comes with a booklet with instructions on how to put the string and the story and reason behind its use. No certificate included
