These AUROLA Intensify seamless workout shorts are amazing! The fabric is soft, stretchy, and moves with you, which makes them perfect for squats, yoga, or any high-intensity workout. The high waistband stays in place and provides great support without digging in. I also love the seamless design—no chafing or irritation at all. They fit true to size and hug your body in all the right places. Definitely my new favorite workout shorts, stylish and functional for the gym or casual wear.

I am a huge Lululemon fan. And don’t get me wrong- I still am! I tried these shorts and I looove them. They are supposed to be like the DFYNE brand of shorts and my review will be comparing all three of these shorts. What I love about Lululemon (specifically wonder train) is the material and its stretchiness and the way they look. These Aurora shorts I loved for different reasons: I love the compression fabric. I feel “in place” when I workout with these shorts on. I love that the scrunch is not too much (I believe the DFYNE shorts have too much scrunch). The scrunch on these shorts is subtle enough to not be too obvious, but still make your butt look great! (I also just feel silly wearing shorts with too much scrunch). But these shorts are perfect for modesty. I will be getting these in more colors because they are so worth the price! What’s better than feeling “in place” when you’re working out and confident that they won’t ride up or roll up or shift when doing high intensity movements or even weight lifting and also subtle looking good-ness LOL. I am short and muscular and curvy and I’m very particular about the clothes I wear on my lower body. I give these shorts 5 stars. The fit is true to size. I got a size large. If I want more compression I’ll order a medium, but I feel the large gave me enough compression (not too much to where I felt like a sausage). Highly recommend!

I absolutely love these AUROLA Intensify workout shorts! The seamless design feels smooth against my skin and doesn’t dig in, even during long workouts and runs. The scrunch detail in the back gives a cute, flattering fit without being too tight. These shorts are super stretchy and breathable—perfect for yoga, HIIT classes, or just lounging around. They stay in place and don’t ride up, which has been a game changer for me. The material feels high‑quality and holds up well in the wash too.

I really love the feel of these shorts — the material is not too tight but just right and perfect for workouts or lounging. They’re super comfortable overall and seem well-made. However, I have thicker legs, and I did notice that the bottom of the shorts tends to roll up when I walk or move around a lot. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it does get a bit annoying at times. If you have a similar body type, just something to be aware of. Still, I’d recommend them for the quality and comfort!

These shorts are my FAVORITE. The fabric is so comfortable to work out in and I’m SO picky with what I work out in. The waist band is super stretchy and the fabric is breathable. They’re squat proof too so that was a HUGE bonus. I love wearing these to my leg days. They’ve held up and are so easy to love.

I love these shorts! Theyy’re great for hiking, working out, or just wearing for anything. I bought these and a pair that had a smaller inseem, and I love these because they don’t ride up a ton. they’re still super flattering and fit nicely, and with my long legs I feel like the cover me well, but also are not too long, def tall girl friendly. They feel like good quality, and have good seems. There are no pockets but I don’t expect those on these, they’re smooth and fit right to your skin. Would recommend, esp as a dupe!

This review might be a little long but HEAR ME OUT! When I tell you I sprinted to go on amazon and try these babies out, guuuuurrrrrllll I mf SPRINTED! I had to see if these were the ultimate dupes for one of my favorite gym shorts or even better. I had super high hopes for these beauties and even though they are not what I was expecting they are damn near close. So I thought I would share my thoughts because I can't stop thinking about these shorts and I WANT to be a huge fan of them! If there's an update on these shorts in the future, you best believe I'm buying ALL the colors in my size!!! So let's start with the positives. These shorts are admittedly on another level in a good way! They are comfy, soft, breathable, stretchy, squat proof (at least the color I tried on), and fits in almost all the right places for me. To give you a mental picture I would say that I have a curvy athletic build, super tall 6'1", around 180 pounds, and hold most of my weight in the lower region of my body aka below the hips. My peach is a combination of fat and muscle but it is not like the super perky butts you see on social media. So I tend to spend some coin on shorts and leggings that flatter that part of my body for added confidence. Then I heard about these bad boys and gave them a shot. I got a size L (I'm usually between M-L) because I personally like the extra room for the gainz and I usually like sizing up in short anyways but I digress. Even though I've only tried them on, I would say they are sooooooo close to being the perfect dupe of "that brand" that has blown up for their amplify collection. I think these are great for a lift, yoga, walks, hikes, lounging around and probably even other forms of cardio. From my short test I did at home while trying these on (squats, high knees kicks, and jumps) I feel pretty confident that the scrunch won't break easily. When it comes to the fit, they are not a long biker short on me but they don't show any cake spilling out in the back after some movement and I'm a tall gal with a dumpy and lots of shorts usually show a little somethin somethin after I move around. Another plus is they don't create muffin quads on my big thighs and it's very common for shorts to make my legs look chunky. HOWEVER, where I think these shorts lack is the booty region which I find to be pretty important since these shorts have a scrunch in the back for the "peach" effect. I will say I like that the scrunch isn't too much like most scrunch butts where it screams "look at me" and it doesn't give me a unibutt either. But sadly this scrunch for some reason doesn't flatter my booty at all. I even asked my boyfriend for his opinion and I showed him these shorts and the shorts they are a dupes for one after the other multiple times and he agrees that these shorts don't do it for me but the amplify shorts do. I did notice when I put the shorts side by side the scrunch on the Aurola shorts doesn't go all the way to the gusset crotch seam and I thought that might be the problem but I'm not entirely sure. I mean if these shorts could make my cheeks look amazing then they would be my favorite gym shorts EVAHHHHH! Another con for me is the logo. I do feel a little self-conscious with the words being close to another word "areo..."... I mean if you know, you know. I hope these changes can be made because I would get them again in a heart beat and probably try the leggings too.

Fits to size. I’m a large normally and did not size down. Glad I didn’t. They it small and tight. Great quality and I really enjoy them. Longer than expected bike shorts but they hiked up nicely and didn’t cut off circulation. I have another pair coming and I’m excited. So far the blacks are squat proof.

I am 170 lbs, 5’7 and usually wear a size 6-8 pant size or 4-6 at Lululemon. I ordered a size large because I hate when the band rolls over. They are perfect. Love the color and they seem squat proof. You do not get the dramatic butt scrunch but they are very flattering. I like them better than my NVGTN and Alphalete shorts. Just ordered another pair!
