Not as pictured

I ordered the blue-green frame with black matte pictured and advertised. 90 dollars after shipping. It showed up and the frame and matting were both dark brown, not at all as shown. I had liked the contrast between the different frame and matting colors, and you lose that when they are both exactly the same color. The engraving is nice so I gave two stars instead of one.
