What is the city code for highland Indiana? Also can we use it manually without a city code if your city code isn't available?

I honestly don’t know the city code and it’s there has to be a code for each county or city , or you can chose the closest city to the city you live in if they don’t know your code .

How to set up a city if my area code or other closest area codes are not listed?
