Will this work for a 2017 Subaru Outback?

It did not fit on my 2011 Forrester, because if the hump in the design. The clips are too skinny.

Are you able to flip it for night driving for headlights behind you?

No.. sadly not. But still a good mirror.. i dont like it covered up my compass on my mirror. But gotten use to it for the bigger wider view.

Anyone use this on a chevy silverado? i have a 2017 & the mirror has onstar buttons at the bottom of that. i'm wondering if this will fit. tia

It’s a very tight fit, mine has the buttons on the bottom too, just have to be careful not to mess with it once it’s on.

Can I remove the suction cup and attach the mirror to a different vehicle?

There wasn't a suction cup that I'm aware of. It was little "claw" like things that are attached to the mirror. It clips on to your rearview mirror.
