Great For Introducing Calm Down Strategies to Toddlers

One of many great books by this author that address social emotional skills. The simple sentences convey the skill of calming down to the littlest readers. The pictures communicate ways to calm down that little ones can easily understand. They also are good conversation starters for talking about feelings and possible causes for big feelings. This book teaches strategies like waking way, talking deep breaths, drawing, squeezing a pillow, and more. A necessary book for your child’s library.
