Quality issues
We have been using this tea for quite some time, but the recent package had spider webs inside. We contacted Shifa, but they were not interested.Unbelievable! Things can happen all the time during manufacturing, but ignoring customer feedback is not good.We had another Shifa tea product ordered that time and both had the same issue of the spider webs.
