How do you physically connect to power? Do They have to be wired in?

Hi,You can hardwired it to a 12V power source by splitting the wires and use electrical tape. You can solder it or use T-Taps to secure the connection. Thank you,JohnnyiJDMTOY

Do these come in a pair? or just one strip? (demon eyes)

Hello Levi! The LED strip demon eye come in a pair. Thank you for looking!JohnnyiJDMTOY

12 volts not sure of watts, mine are tapped into the shifter lights

Are the wires easy to hide? Seems like it would be challenging.

It's just 2 wires. Pretty easy to hide depending on where you mount them. You may need to drill a small hole to pull the wires through if you're surface mounting them.
