The shape and size of this knee pillow are PERFECT, it also has a very plush black cover that is removable for washing, but for me, the firmness of the memory foam is a little too firm, it does give when you squeeze it, but I personally prefer memory foam to be softer and more yielding. For some this would be an automatic 5 stars, because I have read reviews where some other people actually prefer a firmer memory foam, so for them this pillow is highly recommended! That is my only issue with this pillow, or I would have given it a blazing 5 stars, myself.

Sold for knees -- but helps align the hip better too. I found it reduced hip pain as well as providing knee comfort. Many knee pillows are either too thick or too thin -- this one found the right balance and was easy to fall asleep while using.The fabric is soft, but also, has just enough 'grip/fabric nap' so it stays in place easily without sliding away during the night.The outer cover may be laundered -- a real plus.I recommend this item.

The product quality seems good, but my disappointment comes from the size of the product. It could stand to be wider to offer better and more comfortable support. Also, the block is very firm without a whole lot of give which adds to the discomfort.
