Positive and secure support for guitar.
Very effective gravity-lock; there is no danger of the guitar falling off the stand. Adjustable height; easy to adjust and lock in position. After buying and trying one I purchased another two for both practice an concert use; suitable for smaller parlour size guitar to classical contra-bass guitar.

Brilliant, finally a stand that works with my flying v
Strong, sturdy and most importantly, fits my flying V. This is well worth paying a little extra for. I have no concerns that the thing will collapse on me. Love it

Not As Good As I Expected
The guitar is only supported at the neck. It rests up against the bottom legs, there is no support there at all. The neck mechanism is one metal pin resting on a plastic hook. I believe this is the biggest weakness and after a while will fail. As these things usually happen in the middle of the night when you're fast asleep and you're woken by your prized guitar falling to the ground...I did not want to take the risk. Another thing I noticed, after about an hour the neck pole slipped slightly, this happened twice and was tightened as far as it could go. I tested with a very light weight bass and a telecaster, so nothing too demanding. So because of the two 'ify' sections of the mechanisms, I returned it.

Just perfect
Wanted an adjustable stand with padding that locks my gibson in place...Good value...Good quality...would recommend.

As Good as Another Stand
Having used Hercules stands for years, I was concerned at their recent price hikes but still wanted a solid, high quality, secure stand for my guitars. The Cahaya seemed to fit the bill and although very similar in design was noticeably cheaper. I'm glad I bought one because its equal to if not better than the leading brand, so much so I've just ordered two more.

Best guitar stand
Was looking for a reliable stand after my guitar crashed to the ground when a cheaper stand failed. This stand is solid, and I can leave the guitar knowing it is protected from sudden falls. A little expensive but worth the investment to protect an expensive instrument.
