Can't seem to access the spare blades in the handle. Any suggestions please

Lift up the black part of the handle. The blades are stored in there. There should be 3 tucked in the handle.

Is the black part metal or plastic?

The black part that holds the blade in place is metal with miniature metal screws holding it in place.

How many blades supplied?

The Pro Heavy Duty Fixed Blade Folding Knife comes with a total of 4 blades: one blade pre-installed in the knife and an extra set of 3 blades conveniently stored within the handle.
