Hi there is an app to convert to ppfd?

Multiply your reading by .017 Very close to apogee 500 readings with this conversion.

Manufacturer, please let me know if batteries are included?

Hi ,There are batteries in the box.

Does this measures LED light?

It should. It might not measure IF red or blue, but it will measure full spectrum white and red. I use it for my LED Grow Lamps and get pretty accurate PFFD Readings.
