Yes, it would be good for cocoa powder or cinnamon. I use mine for baking soda, for cleaning in the kitchen and in my bathrooms. I got the 22-ounce size, which has the same size holes as the 10 ounce. I love mine so much I ordered a 2nd pair!

What are the actual dimensions - in one place it says "Measures 4" H x 2 3/4" in diameter" and in another “Product dimensions 3 x 3 x 6”?
