Buy! It works so gently
These are a great purchase. I suffer from insomnia periodically and these help me gently fall asleep every time. It also has a wonderful taste. The customer service is beyond excellent. One package didn’t arrive and they sent another immediately. I am so happy I purchased these. They have made a huge difference when I have insomnia. Also you don’t wake up groggy in the morning unlike other sleep aids.
