Fantastic house. Sound is clear and doesnt have to be turned all the way up to hear.

Worked for about 30 seconds then died...... This is the third piece i have gotten that has been broken in one way or another. bought the ice skating rink and it squeaked so loud i had to take it apart and lube it up and then i have the Clock builder building and it came with a broken clock............Ya kinda funny....

I collect these villages pieces from Lemax and have quite a few. Itmakes Christmas and my displays a lot brighter. This not a toy.

This is not a nice ceramic Lemax display. Was made of cheap plastic and came apart out of the box (top part of village came right off). Was put together by hot glue gun. Have a half dozen really nice ceramic Lemax displays and this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. Priced just like the ceramic displays which it should not be.

It does squeaks but I spayed it with WD40 and that took care of the problem. Truly love it, fits into my North Pole setting and had so many complements on it.

I love Lemax products for our Christmas Village setup and this one is no exception. The details are nice but this one has developed an annoying squeak which has irritated everyone! So we had to turn off the unit and let it sit without lights and sound. Defeats the whole purpose of having it in the setup. The other annoying thing is that Lemax will not take it back. There is no warranty information that comes with the unit. I had to find their website and navigate through their site in order to find out how the warranty is covered - even though it says the structure has an 18-month warranty. It's one thing to state your warranty and another in how easy or difficult it is to have it serviced.

The original item arrived with missing parts, the Christmas tree was not included. Ordered a replacement, and this time the figurine that swivels in the middle of the ground floor was broken. Based on other reviews , I believe the manufacturer is expecting to have you fix their defective items. Beautiful item but not worth all the trouble unless you settle to receive it with missing parts or broken, which is not worth it for $163.

L'article commandé est arrivé cassé alors que l'emballage était intact. La paquet a dû être manipulé sans précaution. Résultat, la maison est décollée de sa base, un des piliers est cassé, une décoration du sapin est cassée, un personnage a perdu son bonnet, le lampadaire est cassé.

Perfecto, llegó muy bien embalado y con todos los accesorios intactos, música y luces funcionan a la perfección. Precioso

En plus du facteur qui a déposé sans prévenir dans un point de retrait alors qu on était là, le colis est arrivé incompet. Il manque le joli sapin qui nous plaisait tant, les 2 piques cheminé et la lampe est arrivé tordu. C est dommage à ce prix et pour cette belle marque qui d habitude ne pose aucun problème. Pour le reste, il est magnifique au niveau visuel , lumineux et ce qui bouge. La musique n est pas belle.
