How many rings are shipped?

One dozen. Includes 2 of each color: Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red and Yellow

what is the diameter of the rings. Also how large is the hole in center?

diameter is 6 1/2 inches. The hole is 4 1/2 inches

They are very solid, and heavier than I thought they would be, but seem to be very good quality and will last a longtime.

How heavy are they and do they sink? I want to use them in a pool.

They are heavy and would probably sink in the pool.
