How do i get hold of the company who sells this as mine has starting chipping and is not dishwasher safe as they say?

Go into your Orders and contact that way. I had a chipped plate which was my fault and they replaced it at no cost. Excellent company

Are these plates vitrified?

I would say no after using them they are not hard wearing enough to be vitrified. Not to say they are bad quality as they have lasted me well just a couple of items have chipped during rough loading of the dishwasher.

Is set available in a single colour

Not if you buy the set. But I vaguely remember you could buy individual items, so you could make a same colour set this way. Other makers do similar individual pieces. Though, the different colours is what makes this set so nice.

Hi,Is that a Ideal gift selection ?

Absolutely fabulous set, and great value for money, looks much more expensive.
