Good Item
This is a great item. It is just like the picture. A little tight in the tripod.

NOT THE SAME AS PICTURED! VERY BAD!
NOT THE SAME AS PICTURED! VERY BAD! The screw on the underside requires a screwdriver and does NOT have the metal flip-out ring for finger-turning (which is what I needed).

A little tight
A little tight. The shoes are a little inconsistent in their sizing, but they work. I just have to push them into the receiver with some force.

Five Stars
Just what I needed to use an old tripod that had lost the original plate.
