This wonderful condiment by Denoix is a personal favorite at Gourmet Food World. The gorgeous purple color, which instantly livens any dish you use it for, comes from the use of grape must. The flavor, both spicy from the mustard, and sweet from the grape, also has an additional kick from the use of spices like cloves and cinnamon, for a resulting combination that is rich, deep and complex. The texture is slightly crunchy from the partially ground mustard seeds. Use it like any other mustard, especially great for pates and sausages.

amazing on a dry aged steak. This is subtle. This is decadent. This is really really amazing.I discovered this while dining at a5 star steak restaurant in Vegas.I sear my home-dry-aged steaks and apply a touch of condiment to each bite. amazing.
