Product not worth the money
The item is not up to the mark, the screws meant to connect the top and bottom pieces are so tiny and unusable as well as unstable. There is no user manual, but that’s the least of the problem. The screws are not able to hold the pieces together and crystal flew away when the spinning became a little faster. The air freshner is a namesake item with absolutely no fragrance at all. Overall, completely unsatisfied with the product.

Good quality with good customer care responding ( if any damages received). I personally recommend to buy this product who ever required to decorate their cars...

Extremely Disappointed
Unfortunately, this product did not meet expectations. The motor never functioned, even in high sunlight, which makes the product unusable. Quality control seems to be lacking. I hope the company improves their products, but I cannot recommend this model.
