Can i use the rfii speeding on the b1?

Yes, I have the Profoto B1 500 set and use the speed ring with an octobox. No issues with fit and the clamp is nice and tight.

is there a converter for to fit profoto b1/b2 lights on all my bowens mount gear

Profoto adaptor ring, for mounting Bowens softboxes to the Profoto flash system. Bowens Softboxes can be used with most major studio lighting systems. Simply attach the appropriate adaptor to the mounting ring supplied. http://www.fullcompass.com/prod/248080-Bowens-BW-1975-A?utm_source=googleps&utm_medium=shopping&utm_campaign=googleps&gclid=CjwKEAiAgeW2BRDDtKaTne77ghgSJACq2U4bd6mi-74OKzqu3w2JJM69DX2voGP1Mxh7RAAyMW7J1hoCjgXw_wcB

What is the difference bitween the ocf speedring and the rfi speeding?

The OCF Speed Ring can not handle the heat of higher wattage heads and modeling lights. The OCF Ring is designed exclusively for the battery powered B1 and B2 heads, which each have LED modeling lights.Hope that helps!

Can I use this with B1 or B2 and a creative light octa softbox ? or any other light modifiers brands?

Yes it works with both B1 and B2 and it is made to fit pretty much any softbox.
