What did they say?????

It comes with what is apparently a manual. It is 4 pages long and on the front it says to read it completely. Those are the last English words you ever see. It comes completly drained but after attaching the power cord, it seems to be totally charged in an hour or so. Really a bit confusing but it does seem to work. Won't know for sure until my first power failure.
