These are high quality vitamins. I started getting splits between my toes and knee it was a B vitamin deficiency. I started taking these and the next day noticed a difference. You won't be disappointed.

The best B vitamin I have ever taken
I originally purchased this B vitamin at the Woodstock Apothecary , it is $2.00 cheaper here on Amazon. I have more energy now then ever before, not sure if it is because of this product or the Woodstock multi vitamin I purchased at the same time . I am now going to purchase my third bottle .

So far so good.
I pee very yellow so I am taking one pill every other day. I still have not tested for my B12 levels, so I cannot give proof of its effectiveness. However, I am not tired, which is the main symptom I get when my levels are low. This brand has consistently been good overall for other supplements.

Good energy with methylated folate
I like this local company. They are known for quality R&D (research/development). Recently started taking their Coenzyme B-Complex. Appreciate the methylated folate included. Generally goes down smooth. Feel energized most of the day. Would buy again.

Seems to work for me!
I had read that certain B-vitamins can help heal cracks in the corner of the mouth. I hadn't been taking any B vitamins so I decided to get the whole range of B's. The problem disappeared in about two weeks. I am continuing to take them. Seems to work just fine.

Sensitive stomach. Absorption.
This is a potent vitamin but not so much that it upsets the stomach. Just take it with food. Don’t be surprised when your urine is neon, that is normal with water soluble vitamins.
