I have been starting my days with Freeman Formula Complete Meals for years and I'm so excited that I can finally get them on Amazon! Not only do they taste great, but it gives me exactly what I need for protein and vitamins to start each day (I drink mine for breakfast). My favorite is chocolate but I do change it up occasionally to the mango. I travel a ton for my job and always take my complete meals with me as a way to stay on track while on the road. I'm actually pregnant now and still starting each day with my complete meal but now I'm mixing in some bananas and sometimes some dehydrated peanut butter with almond milk vs water. These meals can be used in many ways, not just as shakes. Can't say enough about them!!!

This is one of the best products of it's kind on the market. The taste is light years ahead of other green drinks. The nutritional content is superlative. I combine a scoop of this with my protein powder and the taste is delicious. No bitterness at all that you get with other green drinks. I have been a using many of the Freeman Formula products for years, thanks to the great trainers at Well Rounded Health and Fitness. I have moved away from the area, and need to get myself back on a program. This program works and these products are great. The complete meal is so convenient and packs the protein needed to start your day. Peach Mango is just delicious. I bought the Chocolate too- and I drink it warm like Hot Coco now that the cool mornings have arrived. I am so happy I can order on Amazon- and have these products delivered to me at my new home.
