Protein Juice Cleanse (5-Day) – Juice & Smoothie Cleanse for Lean Muscle and Weight Loss | Workout Support, Reduced Bloating & Energy Boost

I'm not going to lie, I did this cleanse to drop some weight fast. I figured it has to happen in a liquid diet, but I wanted protein so I could still be active. I feel like I got way more out of it than just a loss of 5 pounds. 1) I felt amazing. Clear headed, energized, revitalized. **I think this was my favorite part. I don't know if it was that everything was raw, or that I cut out all processed food and alcohol, or what, but I felt AMAZING the entire time.** 2) My random stomach gurgles went away. No stomach aches after meals. 3) My hunger was fully satisfied. After the first day, I realized I didn't need to finish all six shakes. I drank 4 a day and felt great. I also drank a ton of water and green tea with lemon to replace coffee. 4) I'm actually craving the feeling that I had when I was on this program. I didn't have any weird headaches, despite detoxing pretty hard. 5) It was challenging going to a bar and not drinking or eating while everyone around me was. I actually poured the beet juice into a wine glass and savored it to replace my wine. 6) The juices were actually tasty, except the collard greens one. But it wasn't unbearable. When I first opened it, I thought it had gone bad because it smelled a little like skunk. But it didn't taste like it. It just wasn't my favorite. The beet one and the carrot one are yummy! 7) The smoothies were also quite good, but my least favorite was the one with peanuts in it. Kinda reminded me of Thai food in liquid form. The cashew, date, vanilla, cinnamon one was so good! The hemp one was fine, nothing overwhelmingly good or bad. 8) Like I said, the only tough day for me was when I went to a bar. 9) I did not need to use the bathroom more than usual. I started the cleanse on a Friday, so I'd have all weekend to run to the bathroom as needed, but I didn't need to. With the increase in liquid, I did pee a lot more, but that was because I added about 3L of water on top of the cleanse. I did not ever have to run to the bathroom unexpectedly ever, nor did I poop my brains out. I was expecting to, and was almost worried it wasn't working since I didn't, but it absolutely did work. I lost 5lb and felt amazing 10) I'm definitely going to repurchase! I'm thinking of trying the 9 day cleanse with the soups. If I do, I'll review there. Hope you feel what I felt. Good luck!

This program was amazing...where do I start? Results: I lost 9 lbs...mostly in noticeable stomach fat! My face looks more thin and firm. I broke my daily habits of eating a lot of sugar and fat! My average heart rate on my fitbit dropped by 10! It's really remarkable the changes you can make in just 5 days. Difficulty: Other reviews claim this is easy. This was NOT easy for me. Probably because I am used to snacking a lot on sugar or fatty foods. I was basically hungry since the moment I started and at times felt a little weak. It did get progresively better though and by day 5 I feel energetic. If you are like me, and really are doing a cold reset on eating, be ready to struggle a bit but the outcome is worth it. Also, I learned quickly that having fresh veggies to eat help alot. I bought tomatos, green beans, small avacados, and some watermelon. I would eat small portions of these in emergencies and I did need to do this daily. There were times that I was pretty sad at mealtimes to just eat raw veggies while my family had pizza, but I stuck it out. Taste: I liked the taste of the juices and shakes. Some more than others. I ordered the vanilla cashew ones (they are amazing) to keep me going as meal replacements. Next steps: I am sure I will do this again. The price is high but so worth it. Also, its nearly a week worth of healthy organic shakes so the value is actually great. I plan to continue my healthy eating journey and am glad this helped me start on the right path!

This was my first time ever doing a juice cleanse! Over all it was a good experience. The juices taste tolerable I actually liked the citrus carrot and the chocolate smoothie. The sweet roots and peanut butter smoothie were by far the hardest to manage. But for the most part they tasted about as goos as I expected this type of thing to taste. I did add bone broth and electrolyte additives to my water because they flushed me right out the first few days. I lost 6 lbs, I suspect it’s water weight but I’m excited to be ahead of the game when I launch my diet change following the cleanse. It’s not something I would do often but I would definitely do this cleanse again.

The overall flavors of the drinks both juices and protein shakes were fine although too sweet for me. My biggest issue is that the juices were mostly made of apple and orange juice, both high in calories and not really good for a true cleanse…

Juices came frozen, I liked all of them. I am not a fan of beets, so that was probably my least favorite. The protein ones were sweet, vanilla cinnamon being my least favorite. However, all were drinkable and not dreadful. Lost a few pounds, but I also only did 4 days instead of five because it was my son's birthday. :) I am going to try the skinny 3-day and see how that works, as I enjoyed the green juice.

I used this as a liquid fast and was able to maintain it for the 3 day and then went back for a 5 day. Very good quality for drinkability and healthy.

Absolutely phenomenal! They taste amazing and I am a picky eater but I loved them so much. It is a bit pricy but I think it’s worth it. I did the five day cleanse and only ate fresh fruit when I was really hungry. I feel less bloated have more energy and I wake up before my alarm every morning without feeling tired.

I will say that these arrived frozen solid and they came quickly. However, aside from the orange/carrot one, the taste was nearly unbearable. I literally had to plug my nose and chug them. They are also high in sugar, so that is really what made me leave a one star review. This is not a bad company. The product seemed quality, I personally just did not like the taste and I prefer to consume much less sugar.
