Does this come with tie back straps?

No. This curtain however did prevent rain coming in on my cushions which is why I bought it. Plus it gives a very relaxing and inviting area

Is it Mold resistant ?

I’ve never had a problem with mold. Held up really well in the summer elements here!

With this being the fabric width (assuming), how much width do you actually get out of these once they are hung?

I returned them. They were very sheer and didn't seem waterproof at all.
