Since there are only 20 envelopes to 40 cards, where can I get more envelopes? Serious question…why are there only 20 envelopes?

In the US these are smaller than the acceptable mailing size. When I tried to mail them I had them returned to me and marked “return to sender” due to the size.

Would the paper be good for using colored pencils to color in some of the pictures ?
