I bought this product for my mother and she is so much satisfied with the product and it's quality. It's a worth for money product. Easy to use, time saving and serves a family of 4-5.

It’s hard to complain!
I recently purchased this coffee maker, and I must say, it offers excellent value for money. The quality of the product is impressive, especially considering the price point. One of the standout features is its ability to retain the rich aroma of coffee beans, which truly enhances the overall brewing experience. The size is also quite adequate for two people, making it perfect for my morning routine with my partner. It brews just the right amount of coffee without any waste, and the flavor is consistently robust and satisfying. Overall, I highly recommend this coffee maker for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable option that delivers great taste and convenience. Just a minor point – it could use a few more features, but for the price, it’s hard to complain!

You can't make a single serve cup of coffee with it but good quality product overall.
Worth the money. Works well. Easy to clean. Keep in mind that you have to fill the cup as well as the coffee powder till the maximum limit everytime you're brewing the coffee so you'll get the coffee for 2-3 people at once. You can't make a single serve coffee.

Mokapot's upward filteration is messy
Looks and quality are at par with other brands in its price bracket. In function, this kind of a mokapot design is flawed at the cleaning aspect, including this particular model, in my observation. In it, the pressured boiling water pushes through the coffee powder in bulk together, thus rendering the flavour inferior to what is brewed otherwise when the water percolates little by little. Secondly, the portafilter type coffee powder container, positioned just above the boiler chamber, sends some dissolved coffee back to the boiler water through the upward pressure pipe, rendering the entire remainder water mixed with coffee go waste. Thirdly, the coffee powder container's gasketted mesh is sedimented too while filtering the forced brew upward. So, when a person like me thinks of preparing a brew in a mokapot like mechanism, the very thought of the predicament of dismantling the the tiered chambers, separating the gasket, and then wash the pot thoroughly, because coffee is lurking everywhere therein to cause unhygienic residues, dampens my desire to go for it. I am no debater if the idea is to leave the pot just rinsed and washed and not rid it of the residues. All this is not the case with the downward filteration method of the other types of coffee machines that are absolutely unmessy. No offense meant for any system, this is my personal opinion.

Go for it
Received a used product on the first go, which they corrected on the replacement. All is good with it, works a intented. The pressure valve needs to be checked, since it leeks if the water is above that or pressure is too much. Value for money.

Elegant , useful, makes good coffee
I give it 5 because it serves my needs. Build quality is really good. We as a family make coffee in it twice a day. Very easy to clean . The steel it good steel so it's sturdy too. The filter is quite finely manufactured and this helps my coffee to great. It's large enough to make 4 cups of decoction easily. As its heat resistant it doesn't go black at the bottom. The inside is also costed with something so it seems to help. If you want a quick cup in the morning it takes not more than 1-2 mins for the coffee to happen so super easy and fast. I bought this one because it looked elegant and well balanced. Ideally you could also take it on a trip as it's not bulky and quite portable.

Replacement by same is not Return
Item is satisfactory but the coffee prepared is not up to the mark. I am disappointed and want to return the product and buy a genuine filter coffee maker.
