Crappy start but excellent result.

First lamp was broken and not operating on arrival. I contacted the owner of the business and she could not have been more helpful or professional. We traded a few emails and pictures and she sent an entire replacement. Beautiful lamp, works great and I am very satisfied with the lamp but even more with the business, staff and professionalism.
