Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set 12 Piece, Oven Broiler Safe 400F, Lid Safe 350F, Kitchen Cooking Set w/Fry Pans, Saucepans, Dutch Oven, Pots and Pans, Dishwasher Safe, Onyx

I love these pans. I've had them now for 6 months, use them almost daily, and they look like they just came out of the box. There's not a scratch or blemish on them. Hard anodized aluminum is a little-known and misunderstood material. The anodizing process turns soft, malleable aluminum into a material that is almost as strong as cast iron, at a fraction of the weight. It's the perfect material for pots and especially frying pans. (One tip, ignore the gimmicky red dot, just cook as you normally do.) These pans have all the advantages of cast iron without the need to first season them, will never rust, will never require heavy scrubbing, and, apparently, will never scratch or dent. They preheat evenly and retain the heat almost as well as cast iron, but have the advantage of faster response time when the heat is adjusted. They can handle a pretty high heat and put a great sear on a steak, chicken breast, or piece of fresh salmon. And absolutely nothing sticks to them. I know this from experience; I was making a pot of marinara sauce one night and fell asleep in my lounger. Three or four hours later, I woke to find the carbonized remains of two cans of San Marzano tomatoes. I thought "Well there goes that pan." But after letting the pan cool down, the debris wiped right out with a piece of paper towel. The pan was unscathed; a quick wipe with a soapy sponge and it looked perfect. I also like that this set includes three different size sauce pans, rather than the usual two in these kind of sets, plus a large covered Dutch Oven. Whether heating a can of soup, cooking a pot of rice, or making a batch of stew, this set has you covered. I'm a retired professional chef, and you can take my word, these are as good, or better, than any professional quality pots and pans (some costing as much or more than this entire set) I've ever used. They are versatile, and will handle any of your cooking needs. I only have one negative thing to say about my purchase. I paid $10.00 more for this set when I bought them! :( Just kidding! I couldn't care less about the 10 bucks. They are worth every penny I paid for them. But they are a really great value now! And no, I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review, although I wouldn't mind if I was. I just know what I like, and like to give credit where credit is due. T-Fal made a great product at a great price, as the Amazon's Choice designation indicates.

The best pots! Vibrant color, Great quality, excellent nonstick performance, and they cook beautifully. A fantastic deal and worth every penny—good to the very last cook!

Received this item on time. I had purchased a frying pan of this kind of T-Fal several months ago then decided to get a set. I am a from scratch kind of cook so any pans I get do get a real work out. I have had Scan Pan and Calphalon cookware sets. Which had warranties I could have used to replace them but didn't want more of them. That said I had been using the frying pan for a while and liked it a lot! It lets you know when its warmed up (the frying pans only) and ready to use which is good for budding cooks (two twenty something sons finally learning to cook for themselves). When you are done it about rinses clean with no residue or slimy feel to it. I always look for non stick cookware to be dishwasher safe (I learned this from the Calphalon) and metal utensil safe. This set is both. If you put it in the dishwasher you need to re-season it every 10 washings. I don't like to wash stuff by hand but this cleans so easy I haven't put it in the dishwasher much at all. I have chronic tendinitis in my hands so I put everything in the dishwasher but again this cleans super easy in fact better than any non stick cookware I have owned (this is the fourth set). The best thing about this cookware is that it is light weight. I have a ceramic top stove and these pans sit flat on it and warm quickly and evenly. So far in the month I have been using them I have made sauces and stews, no problem. I have fried up a number of dishes without using hardly any oil. My youngest has made eggs and grilled cheese at 3 am and noticed the difference in pans. As to how it will hold up long term only time will tell. I love cooking with it, because it is light weight I'm not waiting forever for it to get hot like with the other two sets. There are no hot spots in the pans at all, in any of them. They are well priced and I feel you really get a lot of bang for your buck. These are a high recommend. I went back and purchased the T-Fal 10 inch saute pan with lid of this kind because this set is so good.

I have been using this cookware for a while and must say the quality is quite impressive. Even though the pots and pans are light weight and feel a little 'thin' the heat distribution is excellent, the bottoms of the pots do not warp at all. They will scratch easily if any metal utensils are used. I learned the hard way turning meat with a fork once which was my fault entirely. Now I am using only silicon turners, no more issues at all. Food does not stick and clean up is easy. The mat finish gives the set a modern look and the handles stay cool to the touch. I am looking forward to many more happy cooking hours spent together!

Our usage conditions: - Family of five (5) - Heavy usage of large saucepan and large pot - Hand-wash for all pans/lids (we don't have a washer anyway) - Use pots and pans 2-3 times per week - Types of food cooked (a few examples): *Saucepan - Salmon, Trout, (fishes) - Burgers - Vegetables (frozen and fresh) - Ground beef *Pot - Pasta - Frozen meals (such as Voila) - Ground beef T-fal claims vs. our experiences: - "The unique T-fal thermo-spot heat indicator shows when T-fal pan is perfectly preheated to seal in the flavor of your food" In our experience, the heat indicator only shows clearly with *very* high temperatures. At normal temperatures, the indicator is only barely visible. -"TechnoResist Anti-Warp base provides outstanding warp resistance and even heat distribution for optimal cooking results" We haven't seen ANY warping of the pans, although the large pot lid has warped slightly (possibly during cooling or cleaning) and still fits on pots. -"Riveted silicone handles" The handles are great! They are very comfortable to use, easy to clean, and have zero heat-transference (we don't worry about burning our hands, even without pot holders) -"oven safe to 350-degree f" Can't vouch for this, never tried. I wouldn't be surprised if this were true. -"The revolutionary exterior coating allows daily dishwasher use while maintaining T-fal Ultimate’s hard anodized satin grey appearance" After one+ year of use, we haven't seen ANY dulling of either the interior or exterior of the pots or pans. The non-stick interior is amazing for two reasons: a) You don't have to use non-stick spray (and SHOULDN'T because it will ruin the surface) and b) Cleaning is extremely easy, even for hardened food (like spaghetti sauce). The exterior is also non-stick which means that cleaning the outsides is just as easy. TL;DR: This set lives up to T-fal's claims and works/looks just as well after a year of regular use as the day we received it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cooking set for any reason (new family, replacement, additional cookware).

I recently purchased the T-fal Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set, and it has quickly become an indispensable part of my kitchen. The ease of cleaning this cookware set offers is simply remarkable. With its nonstick surface, food effortlessly glides off the pans, making cleanup a breeze. I no longer have to spend excessive time scrubbing stubborn residue. Not only does this cookware set excel in cleanliness, but it also provides outstanding nonstick performance. From eggs to delicate fish fillets, the nonstick pans ensure that food releases flawlessly without any sticking or tearing. Cooking has become a joy with this set, and it has made my meals turn out perfectly every time. The affordability of this cookware set is another noteworthy aspect. It offers exceptional quality and durability at a price that won't break the bank. The value for money is truly impressive, especially considering the long-lasting performance it delivers. Speaking of durability, the sturdiness of this cookware set is commendable. It withstands everyday use and retains its shape and nonstick properties even after extended periods. I can rely on this set for years to come, knowing that it will remain a reliable and essential tool in my kitchen. In conclusion, the T-fal Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set is a fantastic investment for anyone seeking easy cleaning, reliable nonstick performance, affordability, and sturdiness. With this set, you can enjoy hassle-free cooking and cleaning, while the durable construction ensures its longevity. I highly recommend this cookware set to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen with a reliable and affordable option.

This is my first big girl pot and pan set purchase! LOL! I don’t know why I haven’t purchased a set before , but I have always had just random pots and pans- good quality, but never a set. And, in a typical ME fashion, I spent weeks (way too long) researching the best, dishwasher safe, ceramic cook top approved, non stick safe coating, highly rated set. Anyway, I totally love these. Although dishwasher safe was ultra important to me, I’ve ended up hand washing them because they are incredibly easy to clean. Don’t get me wrong, they will go in the dishwasher occasionally but are just super easy to clean. A couple of things... do not use any metal spatulas or servingware with these products Get yourself some good quality, safe, plastic ones. This set comes with two and that’s very helpful. Anything metal is going to eventually scratch it up. Don’t heat your pots and pans dry. A little butter or whatever. The handles are nice and long on all but one pot. The largest pot has two small handles (see picture) and I prefer that to long handles on pots, but that is strictly for storage preference. I did return the first set for another identical set. Not because of any issue, but because the price dropped by over $20 and I asked Amazon for a price match and they declined. They suggested I return and rebuy which is what I did. (Seems silly and a giant waste of money because they handled the postage both ways and even had UPS pick up from me, but that was their choice. Not at all the way I would run my company, but I am going to let that go.) Nonetheless, Totally digging these pots and pans and have had no issues schooling the teens and husband on the no metal rule. Yesterday I ordered the t-fal tiny frying pan (single egg) I’m sure that will be just as fabulous but I will certainly post a review. Give them a shot - you will not regret your purchase.

I can't afford All Clad so I did some research. I know every non stick does not last that long. I was looking for something that is hard anodized aluminum because I don't want the toxin in aluminum to leach into my food. I wanted something affordable around $150 price range for a set. I found out that T-Fall ace a few test online and that they improve their pans (10 years ago they were not that good), so I gave it a go and bought the whole set plus I added a 12 in fry pan with lid. Only time will tell how long this nonstick will last but it is great so far. When it first arrived, I washed all the pans then heated then and wiped oil all over. It's like seasoning a cast iron. This will make the nonstick last longer and work better, not that many people know that. I do use all plastic/silicone utensils and when I wash it I use blue scotch pad which is non abrasive (green scotch pad is very abrasive, it is made out of metal). I never heat the pan without oil or food because if it reach 500 the nonstick can release toxic smoke. I love it! Pros: affordable, easy to clean, excellent nonstick, looks great, hard anodized aluminum. Cons: handle may come off (that's what I heard from americas test kitchen but never happen to me), rivet (like all rivet pans) is a little tough to clean and it should of been coated with nonstick. Overall I highly recommend this pan, it should last you about at least 3 years with the proper care. Keep in mind that all nonstick pan don't last forever, even the $160 nonstick 1 pcs pan from All Clad.

To put in perspective... I've had regular T-Fal and Lagostina Blanco Ceramic. Never again I will by the Lagostina Blanco, it's the worst POS of sets I've ever own. I had so many problem with it, that after one year my CanadianT store accepted to take it back and switched it for a Heritage the Rock Ceramic. I'm happy with it, but I'm using it very often and on CanadianT website people are complaining about the lack of durability. So when the time came to recommend a new set to my girlfriend, I new hard anodized sets were of better quality but they are usually more expensive. She was gonna buy a set of regular T-Fal on sale at CanadianT when I saw that T-Fal Ultimate Hard Anodized set here on Amazon at a very fair price. I was surprised and instantly gave the recommendation to my girlfriend to buy it. So far so good. We're really impressed by the quality. Just by the weight it's very easy to see the higher quality compare to regular T-Fal or other brand sets. It feels solid. It feels that it will NOT warp under heat. The soft silken-touch silicone handles are comfortable. The set can be used in the oven at 400 (without the lids) or 350 with the lids with the silicone handles. Ok it's still new, we only used it for two weeks now. But I have enough experience with both nonstick and stainless steel to know that this a good product. So unless they have an unknown manufacturing defect, this Ultimate T-Fal cookware set is rock solid! I strongly recommend this set, I'm sure it's gonna last many years. Of course you need to follow basic common sense with nonstick cookware : - Seasoned with vegetable oil very now and then - Do not put the heat at more than 7/10 (max 8/10) - Do not use metal ustensiles (even if T-Fal says you can) - Do not put under cold water as soon you finish cooking - Do not use abrasive substance to clean it Honestly, I'm really glad I gave the recommendation to my gf to by this set. I'm using it at her place and I love it! :-)

The pots are scratching even though I am only using the recommended cooking utensils. This is my 6 month using them and I am really disappointed

I hesitated between all the models and series. But the choice I made was perfect. I don’t know if they will last but at this price point I can leave with replacing them in a few years. They really don’t stick, lightweight, well built, good quality for this price range. I would recommend and buy again.

Après six mois d'utilisation fréquente, je suis encore très satisfait de cet ensemble. La surface antiadhésive est d'excellente qualité et la finition extérieure est très solide. Chauffe uniformément les aliments et se nettoie facilement. After six months of frequent use, I am still very satisfied with this set. The non-stick surface is of excellent quality and the exterior finish is very sturdy. Uniformly heats food and cleans easily.
