Can this set go in the dishwasher?

Absolutely. I have only had my set for 3 months, but they appear to have a very high grade of stainless. Mine are still very shiny.

Question to seller: the knives are high carbon, but what percentage of chromium does the "400 series" have in it? are these 440c? or just 440?

Are these the titanium style?

No our titanium coated stainless steel lines available are black, copper and brass and they are coated thru a PVD process with a titanium alloy coating on top of the stainless steel.
