We inherited a pot with a verity of plants; One of which was apparently morning glories. It was reaching for something to climb. I purchase a pair of these cages and put one together. Stuck it into the pot and draped the vine over a couple of the rings. The vine immediately took to it. The clips that hold the rods to the ring do release pretty easily; but otherwise this is working well. The bonus is if I need to increase the height, I can use parts from the 2nd kit; though stability might be an issue.

I used this trellis to grow some watermelons in 5 gallon buckets.This trellis is probably most appropriate for flowers or tomatoes. It's all plastic aside from the connection points, so it cannot take much force in any direction without distorting. After storms with high winds it ended up kind of leaned over. That all being said, it did not literally break apart or fall over, so the concern here is mainly aesthetic. Use an all-metal trellis if you care.Assembling it is a bit tricky. The vertical segments detach with light tension, so carry from the bottom segments or use glue. The hoops come straight and are stiff, and the vertical segments don't like to be used to force the hoops into circles. The hoops clip onto the vertical segments, so they can go on at any height.We used this trellis to grow some watermelons in 5-gallon buckets. Watermelons are heavy, and the trellis barely handled them; the weight literally bends the plastic. I had to use string as a sort of guy-wire to keep it from falling over. To its credit, the trellis did not fall apart, and the distortion was temporary. Still, I recommend against using it for such a heavy plant.

Easy to assemble and use. Provides great support and value.

A few months in it has misshaped bc of the sun heat, and I’m guessing rain has moved the horizontal parts down. Looks kind of trashy, should’ve gotten a metal one from the store

This product would be amazing and perfect, but one of the hoops was broken, and two of the connector pieces were missing.*Update: Although I was initially dissatisfied with this purchase based on a few missing and broken parts the seller made it right & has EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I have purchased a few more of these same tomato cages & love them. They are sturdy and subsequent orders have had all parts present. They are some of the most beautiful tomato cages & I can’t wait to use them in my garden for years.

I kept one and returned one cz it was too flimsy. Picture shows you can use it straight or in a circle but it’s so flimsy it only works in a circle. Doesn’t straighten out at all. I am scared it’ll break. Very poor quality

Really love the sturdiness and versatility of this product. The only improvement I can see is if they were interconnectable vertically (on top of each other) but the decorative finials didn’t seem to be removable. But that would not prevent me from buying again.

We never did get this together. Flimsy!
