Not for kids...for adults to do with kids. Not fun enough.
I bought this book for my daughter to get her into exercising but it is not for kids. It is really for adults to read and do with kids. The illustrations aren't so clear. I would rather have fewer exercises that are well-illustrated and more fun than so many with many that are just not fun for kids. She is not interested.

Fun Times
Fun games for preteens. My granddaughters had a wonderful time with the exercises. The book offers great suggestions for family and friends to exercise.

Excellent book
I run a camp for kids aged 10-16 and we tend to use a lot of the games found in here. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to have some fun and games with their kids !

Having fun with movement
It is great to have ideas for young people to get valuable exercise and get away from all the technical produces they are exposed to these days. As long as they are having so much fun they will keep moving!!!
