Ridiculous dilution instructions!

This product has the most ridiculous instructions for diluting. The instructions state to dilute 11.5 ounces with enough water to spray over 300 square yards of floor surface. Well, guess what, I have no earthly idea how much water I need to spray 300 square yards of surface...not a clue. I have no idea if it really works or not because I'm not sure what dilution ratio I should be using. As far as I'm concerned, it was a waste of money.
