Needed a larger pot so myself and husband could have 2 mugs of coffee each - perfect! This will be travelling with me!

Long lasting coffee pot
Bought this as a replacement to many glass cafetière which have been broken over the years. Good quality, sturdy cafetière in a matt black finish. Replacement filters are a real bonus as means you don’t need to reorder when they inevitably wear out. The fit of the filter is very tight so I have had no problem at all with any stray coffee grounds escaping during plunging. It also keeps the coffee warm much longer than a traditional glass cafetière which is a real plus point if you want a second cup. Although dishwasher safe, I would recommend hand washing over the dishwasher on the whole as th3 black coating has come off at a few places after dishwashing. Merely cosmetic of course but so easy to wash by hand that it’s not a big effort and will maintain it’s nice look for longer I feel. I am converted and will not be returning to a glass version again!

A perfect coffee maker
I liked everything about it. You can’t chip it or break it, it’s super-easy to clean. I often make cold-pressed coffee and it’s perfect for that as well as being a conventional caffetierre.

Ma dose quotidienne de caféine
Un bon litre de bon café... c'est bien important pour démarrer la journée ! Autant que cela soit bien fait et que cela reste chaud longtemps. POURS : - Grande contenance. C'est ce que je recherchais en premier. - Tout en métal, le produit est très robuste. - Double parois. Le café reste chaud sur une longue période. - Le système de "pressoir" est démontable pour un entretient facile (surtout les deux filtres). - Parlant du nettoyage de l'ensemble : très simple. La parois intérieure est bien lisse et ne laisse pas de marque de café. - Il ne laisse pas passé les morceaux de café. Le pressoir est très efficace. CONTRES : - Rien pour le moment... à part peut-être le prix. Mais cela vaut le coût. À surveiller : Je n'ai pas de problèmes au niveau du revêtement de peinture comme d'autres personnes. Je le lave à la main, avec une éponge. Peut-être que la façon de nettoyer à de l'importance... tout juste une légère usure à la base, mais qui est normale vu que c'est la surface qui est posée. Conclusion : J'adore le café pressé que je trouve bien meilleur que le filtre et ce produit m'évite d'en faire plusieurs fois. Un produit que je recommande !
