great if you are rehabbing or starting off rock climbing. Take it from somonme who keeps buying these, buy the heaviest tension one you can find right off the bat. I have a medium and xheavy and you need get adjusted very quickly and are ready to go up.

Great product - works as intended!
Well designed and robust enough product to be used regularly. I have purchased the entire Pro line of the Prohands, and have bought them again to give as gifts. Well done Gripmaster!
