What are the interior dimensions?

Remember this is a soft cooler so this is approximate. 9" x 11" x 11". 9 inches deep 11 wide 11 tall.

Is this really leak-proof?

No! Stay away from this product. I’ve bought two in the last two months. Both of them leak.

Is this cooler collapsible?

It's very foldable. It was folded in the box that it came in. By the way, this is a pretty big cooler!

what are inner dimensions? Looking to use to keep breastmilk cold while traveling. Any recommendations between 16 can vs 30 can version?

inner dims 6 x12 x10. It is flexible so it will hold more than a solid cooler of the same size. keeps my lunch nice and cool all day.
